The Indian Hills Theatre

http://www.indianhillstheatre.com/

Now that I mentioned the Indian Hills, I thought I should provide some information just in case any visitors do not know about our beloved Indian Hills. It was torn down on August 20, 2001, one day before my birthday. I provided a link to a website about this great theatre. The pictures on the website are good but don't really do the place justice. Shall I tell you the movies I saw there? Dr. Zhivago, Lawrence of Arabia, Ben-Hur, Jaws, The Bible, How the West Was Won, Ice Station Zebra, Reds, I can go on and on.

What a loss...

Great movies coming to DVD/Blu Ray this spring...

The Bible, In the Beginning: Saw this movie as a little kid at Indian Hills in Omaha, NE. Indian Hills was Omaha's Cinerama theatre. In the great wisdom of this world they tore it down to create a parking lot...

The Egyptian: Have never seen it. Looking forward to seeing it in it's widescreen glory.

Papillon: Great movie. McQueen and Dustin Hoffman. "Welcome to the penal colony of French Guyana!
I keep coming back to this video time after time. I prefer this version over his original even though his voice is not quite the same. His voice has aged well and he knows how to sell a song...
